Women4Cyber Montenegro Welcomes First Intern through the CybHER Programme

We are proud to announce that Women4Cyber Montenegro has been selected as a host organization for the regional programme CybHER – Her Cyber: Empowering Women and Girls in Cyber, implemented by the British Council and Propulsion, with the support of the UK Government.

From September to December 2025, we are delighted to welcome Teodora Kovačević, a final-year student of Information Technology, as our first intern. Teodora will join our team and gain hands-on experience in the multifaceted field of cybersecurity. Through mentorship, collaboration, and exposure to real-world challenges, she will have the opportunity to strengthen her professional skills, expand her network, and contribute directly to our mission.

This milestone is more than an internship – it is a step towards building a more inclusive and resilient digital future. By investing in the next generation of women in cybersecurity, we are shaping a talent pipeline that reflects diversity, equality, and innovation.

At Women4Cyber Montenegro, we believe that empowering women in tech is not only a matter of fairness, but also of strategic importance. Cybersecurity is one of the most critical areas of today’s digital era, and the active participation of women is essential for sustainable growth, innovation, and resilience.

We are honored to be part of this regional initiative and look forward to creating an inspiring and supportive environment where talent like Teodora can thrive, voices can be heard, and change can begin.
