Mission of the association (organization):

Identifying and connecting important parts of the community: networking and increasing visibility.

Community recognition: establishing the first national database of women in cybersecurity

Connecting the community: ensuring visibility, promoting the voice of women through traditional and digital media, networking through conferences.

Community development and improvement: awareness, education, training and the labor market.

Promotion of best practices and role models.

Affirmation and design of training programs for entry, training or retraining in the field of cybersecurity

We are increasing the participation of women in the ICT labor market with a focus on the cybersecurity sector

We increase the presence of women in research and innovation in cyberspace

We are including more women in cyber programs and trainings

Supporting and shaping policies at the national level that are consistent with the mission, values and goals of the Women4Cyber community

Establishment and development of the initiative: formal establishment of the community

Establishing a dynamic and sustainable structure of Women4Cyber
