European database for cybersecurity education

Women4Cyber Academy is a unique platform that facilitates access to first-class cyber education and training.

The Women4Cyber Academy is the latest leading project of W4C.

With the aim of facilitating access to education, the Women4Cyber Academy enables a choice of tailored trainings from a wide and diverse range across Europe, gives visibility to European cybersecurity service providers and empowers users and learners through dedicated benefits.

W4C Registry of Experts

The Women4Cyber expert registry was launched in collaboration with the European Commission’s DG CNECT in July 2020 to identify and represent the European community of female cyber professionals.

The Women4Cyber expert registry brings together women of various profiles and can serve as a reference point for professional groups, event organizers and media, as well as for cooperation and various business opportunities. The goal is to encourage female professionals to stand out, be more active and raise their personal visibility.

The register was supported by Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Margrethe Vestager, Vice-President Margaritis Schinas and Commissioner Thierry Breton.

Women4Cyber STARtup

Women4Cyber is a strategic partner of the European Cybersecurity Organization, to be recognized by cybersecurity companies that are founded or co-founded by women and companies with at least 50% female employees.

The Women4Cyber STARtup Award will be awarded to a woman-led business selected by the jury for ECSO’s Cyber Investor Days and ECSO’s Cybersecurity STARtup Award.

 “Women4Cyber Marie Kert – Saint Aubyn Foundation” published a book to promote successful women in the field of cybersecurity.

It’s no secret that in practice, there is a lack of representation of women in cyberspace at all levels. In Europe, women hold only 11% of jobs in this field. That is why one of our goals is to raise awareness and promote true role models, women in cyber and their achievements.

The book “Hacking gender barriers: Europe’s top cyber women” highlights over 100 women working in cyber in Europe. The book explores the various professional roles in this field with the aim of inspiring young women by presenting female role models active in the field of cybersecurity.
