Rašović and Vuković deliver lecture on Digital and Media Literacy

Neli Rašović, Vice President of Women4Cyber Montenegro, and Jovana Vuković, PR and Media Literacy Adviser, recently delivered an impactful lecture on Digital and Media Literacy: Navigating the Modern Information Landscape.

This lecture was held as part of the Empower Women in Cybersecurity & ICT 2025 project, which is supported by the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). The session was organized under the leadership of Professor Dr. Awder Ahmad at Sulaimani Polytechnic University (SPU), offering a platform for a dynamic exchange of knowledge.

Students from a diverse range of academic disciplines, including IT, media, accounting, and computer science, participated actively in the lecture. The session featured discussions and interactive activities aimed at enhancing participants’ understanding of digital and media literacy, with a focus on practical tools for identifying misinformation, improving online safety, and making informed decisions in today’s digital landscape.
