Raising awareness of cyber security at the national level is one of the essential prerequisites for creating a stimulating environment for continuous economic development and digital transformation. This meeting laid the foundations for further strengthening of cyber security in Montenegro, with a clear focus on international cooperation and a coordinated inclusive response to an increasingly diverse spectrum of cyber threats.

The meeting was an opportunity to shed light on the latest trends in cyber threats, which require adaptable and proactive protection strategies. In this context, they discussed the need to develop agile cyber defense tactics, which are in line with EU standards and reflect Montenegro as a reliable partner in the international community.

Mayor Injac, who has a respectable expertise in the field of cyber security, pointed out the strategic importance of synergy with international partners for the development of advanced cyber defense mechanisms, since in an era where cyber threats have no borders, cyber resilience depends on our ability to cooperate across borders.

As a result of this meeting, innovative initiatives were agreed which will include the development of interactive educational modules and awareness campaigns, designed to empower citizens in the face of cyber challenges.

These initiatives will be aimed at creating a culture of cyber security that is embedded in the foundations of society, ensuring that every individual becomes an integral part of the cyber defense shield. The initiatives will also contribute to the creation of a resilient and informed society, which is not only ready to resist cyber threats, but also to actively participate in the global cyber space, with the support and cooperation of international partners.
